El CZW World Heavyweight Championship es el campeonato principal de la Promoción Combat Zone Wrestling. Fue establecido en 1999 en el segundo show de la CZW, The Staple Gun, con Nick Gage ganando una Batalla Real. El aspecto Mundial del título se debe a que ha sido defendido (Y cambiado de manos) en países como México, USA, Inglaterra, Irlanda, Italia y Japón. Aunque su otro aspecto de Heavyweight no es del todo verdadero dado que el título no tiene una limitación especifica de peso.
